Get things rollin'

Postby Paradox » Sun Sep 09, 2012 2:26 am

Discovered this wonderful and still active uk skating forum and decided to join.

I've recently picked up inline skating a couple days ago and thought I'd buy some aggressive skates for the low speed and maneuvarability (as well as learning tricks a couple months down the line) I just wish the pavement in London was like the lamanent flooring in my house - smooth and grippy =p.

Does anyone know of any skate parks in the south-east or - just in general - London? Parks near me aren't smooth all the way round and have some brutal crack making it hard to keep balanced.

Welcome aboard - there's a half-decent skate park in the middle of Brixton, if that's any use?

Victoria Park is a great place to skate too.
