Also I've moved the plate as far forward as I never use toe stops and prefer a more speed orientated set up.

Re: LFNS quad skaters - wheels?

65mm Airwaves are a pretty good around wheel but I have recently switched to mini Zombie Hawgs, 70mm 82a long board wheels, they served me well at the LIM Quad endurance race but you can ask the Stag about that ;)

The inline mode on Strava is a bit limited with the amount of data it provides, I prefer to use the cycle mode and list my journeys under different bikes which are actually different skates, ie Bonts, Quads, Twisters.

I would be happy to share these journeys for this project.

Slimming down the width of Quads wheels

I skated 100 miles at Le Mans on a set of Mini Zombie Hawgs 70mm 82a and I really liked the ride, however I have read on skatelog about reducing the contact patch from 40mm down to about 35mm.

Does anybody in the London area have a lathe and the experience to do this work for me?

No it is a question, as Phil has explained there are just too many factors to give a precise answer to your question.

@ Bebai- How long on average does a set of 80mm Hyper Concrete or Matter F1 wheels last you?

Hah, I remember trying to break this same record down at Vauxhall rollerdisco a few years back. Unfortunately the venue didnt lend itself well to this sort to the task at hand! I'm sure you'll have better luck... I remember that, the route went from one room to another, then down the side alley, ba...
